How do I return?

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

How do I exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange
  • Let us know whether you'd like to exchange for another of the same item, a different item, or a different colour/size
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the exchange request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Who covers the return shipping?

  • If you are returning the item on your own request (changed your mind or would like a different size), we ask that you cover the shipping charges on that occasion. Please send by whatever means is most convenient for you (no need to go speedy or expensive), we will process the return or exchange once the item is with us.
  • If the return is based on a manufacturing fault or the wrong item has been send to you, we will cover the cost of shipping on that occasion. In the case of a manufacturer's fault, please provide images so that we can forward the details to the manufacturer later on.

 

How soon will I get my refund / exchange?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • In the case of an exchange, we'll send the fresh item out once we've received the old one, and a new tracking number will be provided for the shipment.
