Returns & Exchanges
Stepping Out will accept Returns requests for items within 30 days of their dispatch date, after which we will no longer accept the request.
If you wish to return an item that has been purchased from us, please contacts us via the Returns form on the site, via e-mail at email@example.com, or by phone at 01284 763150. Please provide us the reason for the return (whether it is a product defect, for example) and send the item back to us with the packaging and invoice (if available) to the return address detailed below. Once the item/s have been received by us, we will refund the amount in full for the items that have been returned.
If you wish to exchange an item for another, such as swapping out one size of an item for the next size up/down, please contact us via e-mail or phone as detailed above in order for us to organise your exchange. In the case where the requested item for exchange is not in stock, there may be a delay before the exchange can be completed.
Where an item is sent back for an exchange, and the reason for this exchange is not our fault, then we may apply a delivery charge to provide you with the additional goods - this charge will be based upon the cost of postage and packaging (but will not exceed the £8.00 we charge for courier service). If an item requires exchange and the reason for this exchange is our fault and has been agreed to be our fault then we can either provide you with a return label for the postage of the product - or will credit / deduct (as relevant) the appropriate amount for postage from your charge.
